Time and again, we read that when buying a property in Spain, it is a good idea to seek independent advice and support. I can only agree with this, because unfortunately we see time and again that fundamental mistakes are made at the beginning of the buying process. It is not checked whether the property was built legally, who the owners are, payments are made but not contractually documented. Contracts are then signed and you should know what you are signing. After the notary appointment, the buyer has obligations about which they have often not been informed. If you want to buy a property in Spain and invest a larger amount, then it makes sense to have an advisor at your side and on site.
Mr. Berkouwer supported us very professionally and competently during our emigration. Whether it was dealing with the authorities, banking matters or finding accommodation in the province of Malaga. This depends primarily on you. A counselling session will usually last approx. 1-1.5 hours. In the case of continuous support as part of emigration coaching, the individual meetings last approx. 30-60 minutes
