Here you will find an initial overview of my range of services. We can also discuss individually what you need in your specific case 

Emigration counselling

Emigration counselling: in a consultation, I will answer your specific questions, point out special features that you should be aware of during your journey and remain available to answer any questions you may have afterwards. The consultation usually takes place via video/audio call

Emigration coaching

Emigration is usually a process lasting several months and as part of this offer I will accompany you continuously for several months before emigration, but also in the first few weeks after the emigration date. We will be in regular contact via video conference or email, where you can ask your questions and I will talk to you about various topics so that everything is taken care of in the end

Location counselling

In addition to legal issues, preparing for emigration is all about where you can and want to feel comfortable in the future. Time and again, I find that emigrants pay very little attention to the question of where exactly they want to settle. They often focus on what they like on holiday. But whether this is also the desired location for your future life should be discussed

Real Estate search

To say it up front, I am not an estate agent, but I have years of experience in this field and have very good contacts with estate agents here in the province of Málaga. Many expatriates are surprised that estate agents do not get back to them on messages, interesting offers quickly disappear from the market. I am your local representative here, liaising with the estate agents, arranging viewing appointments, attending these on your behalf via video conference if required, checking the tenancy agreement afterwards (if it is a rental property) and arranging the handover

Property purchase assistance

Time and again, we read that when buying a property in Spain, it is a good idea to seek independent advice and support. I can only agree with this, because unfortunately we see time and again that fundamental mistakes are made at the beginning of the buying process. It is not checked whether the property was built legally, who the owners are, payments are made but not contractually documented. Contracts are then signed and you should know what you are signing. After the notary appointment, the buyer has obligations about which they have often not been informed. If you want to buy a property in Spain and invest a larger amount, then it makes sense to have an advisor at your side and on site.

In the "age of the internet", all information is available and you can get lots of answers on social networks. That's true, BUT a lot of the information published on social networks in particular is not up to date. Users report on experiences they had 20 years ago. In some cases, false information is also published - knowingly or unknowingly. When emigrating, you would prefer to be able to rely on reliable information 

Based on my experience: as soon as possible 

Yes, you should plan such an important step as emigration carefully, but often planning to emigrate in 3 or more years is not sensible, as so much can happen in the meantime 

This depends primarily on you. A counselling session will usually last approx. 1-1.5 hours. In the case of continuous support as part of emigration coaching, the individual meetings last approx. 30-60 minutes 

This is a very individual question depending on your ideas and wishes, which I address in our counselling. Basically, it can be said that you should have at least 3, preferably 6 months of free capital available, as there are often foreseeable or unforeseen costs associated with emigration 

Many people who want to emigrate to Spain are concerned about this question. There are clear laws and agreements on this and I will inform you about them individually. To say it in advance: I am not a tax consultant, but due to my many years of experience I am in a position to provide initial information

Unfortunately, this is an experience that many people have to make: especially in sought-after areas and with an interesting property, estate agents are no longer able to answer all enquiries. We "chase" the agent on your behalf
